Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the fund's strategic initiatives, aligning them with long-term goals in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

• Lead strategic projects, from conception through to execution, ensuring they meet budget, time, and scope requirements.

• Analyze market trends, economic data, and regulatory changes to guide effective decision-making and strategic adjustments.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government entities to enhance the fund's influence and reach in the renewable sector.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive management team and board of directors, outlining strategy proposals and performance outcomes.

• Manage and mentor a team of strategy analysts and associates, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in strategic planning or management consulting, preferably within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or financial services sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex projects and making data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage a talented team.

• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both presenting to senior stakeholders and negotiating with external partners.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional qualifications in project management or strategy are highly regarded.

Salary:

• The fund offers a competitive monthly salary of 50,000 CNY, reflecting the strategic importance of this role within the company.
