    TGRC is founded as an energy recruitment partner with a difference, focusing exclusively on the UK solar industry.

  • 2013

    TGRC founds its first international office in Beijing.

  • 2018

    Award Winners – LinkedIn recognises our company as a top 25 Most Socially Engaged Agency and we also win the 2019 award for Recruitment Company of the Year from APSCo our trade association.

  • 2020

    TGRC launches in the US – We launch two new US offices in New York and Orlando.

  • 2021

    A Carbon Neutral Company – TGRC becomes a carbon neutral company, following a carbon reduction focus and investing in renewable energy projects in developing countries to help offset any impact that we can’t remove from our operations.

  • 2022

    Green Group Formed, TGRC along with its sister company Green Executives have a new parent company, Green Group, helping us contribute more proactively to supporting the energy transition.

  • 2023

    Continued Global Expansion – we set up our Singapore and Cape Town offices, joining our operations in Madrid, Dusseldorf, and Amsterdam.

  • 2024

    Turnover Records and B-Corp Status – TGRC surpasses annual turnover of $20m USD for the first time and becomes a B-Corp, joining a group of likeminded businesses committed to a fairer more equitable future for the global economy.
