Job description
Looking for people who are available for the "Road Warrior Mindset" traveling up to 100%.
- Looking for team players, entrepreneurial spirit, go-getters
- Must be road warriors (Excluding Pre-Con who sits in office or remote)
- 6-12 months on each project (with rotations) - NEED to be comfortable with this
- Projects in Hawaii, FL, GA, VA, TX, AK, CO, AZ. NEED to be able to travel to ALL of these
- Must have EPC experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline desired not required
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager in the Solar construction industry with a general contractor
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages preconstruction, reviews design documents, identifies key Subcontractors, investigates site, and identifies long-lead items
- Aids in creating bid packages, schedules, and site utilization plan. Coordinates and obtains permitting
- Develops and maintains PFR and LCR, sets up project schedule of values and approves miscellaneous job expenditures
- Prepares monthly owner requisitions, manages change order process, assists in Loss-Control Management, manages project assets, and enforces Company bonding and insurance policies
