​The Green Recruitment Company is supporting a leading renewable energy investor and long-term asset owner in the search for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing construction team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage utility-scale renewable energy projects from construction through to handover, working on solar, wind and energy storage assets with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning and handover to Asset Management

• Coordinate EPCs, subcontractors, internal teams and stakeholders

• Manage key contracts (EPC, TSA, BOP, BESS, Owner’s Engineer)

• Proactively mitigate change orders, risks and delays

• Ensure contractor performance, quality and contractual compliance

• Champion HSE excellence and conduct site audits

• Regular travel to project sites (typically monthly).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field

• 10+ years’ experience delivering utility-scale renewable projects (>30 MW) (Solar, Wind and/or BESS)

• Strong construction and project management background

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• High performance in demanding, fast-paced environments

• Advanced MS Office & MS Project; working knowledge of AutoCAD

• Strong technical understanding of large-scale power plants

• Fluent English required
