​TGRC has partnered with a well-established international energy and infrastructure business with operations across Europe and beyond. The company delivers large-scale projects across power generation and sustainable infrastructure, with a growing focus on renewable energy. Its renewables team is responsible for the development and EPC delivery of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, and it has an active pipeline across the UK and Ireland. With several major schemes moving into delivery, the business is continuing to strengthen its presence in these markets and is looking to bring experienced professionals into the team to support that growth.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Conduct site surveys and assess local conditions to support accurate design, costing, and construction planning.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and project leadership teams to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure high performance and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and driving a strong safety culture.

• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, project documentation, and support smooth handover to the O&M team.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• Strong project leadership experience within an EPC environment

• Previous experience delivering large-scale solar or battery storage projects across the UK & Ireland
