We are currently representing a leading Sustainability & Net Zero Consultancy in their search for a highly skilled Senior Consultant. This consultancy is dedicated to helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals and transition towards a net-zero future.

As the Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing strategic advice and solutions to clients on sustainability, carbon reduction, and net-zero initiatives. You will work closely with organizations across various sectors, guiding them in developing and implementing robust sustainability strategies, managing environmental impacts, and driving positive change. Your expertise in sustainability, strong analytical skills, and passion for environmental stewardship will contribute to the success of the consultancy's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve net-zero targets.

• Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments, identifying environmental risks, opportunities for improvement, and cost-effective solutions.

• Provide expert advice on carbon reduction strategies, energy efficiency, waste management, renewable energy adoption, and sustainable practices.

• Develop and implement sustainability frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and tracking systems to measure and monitor environmental performance.

• Lead and support clients in navigating regulatory requirements, certifications, and compliance related to sustainability and net-zero goals.

• Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into clients' operations, supply chains, and business models.

• Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to clients, fostering awareness and engagement in sustainability initiatives.

• Stay updated on relevant policy changes, industry standards, and global sustainability frameworks to ensure clients' strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sustainability consulting or related roles, with a focus on developing sustainability strategies and guiding organizations towards net-zero targets.

• Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability concepts, including carbon emissions, energy management, waste reduction, and circular economy principles.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting sustainability assessments, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, or ISO 14001.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and certifications related to sustainability and net-zero initiatives.

• Passion for sustainability, climate action, and driving positive change towards a more sustainable future.
