​Job Title: EPC Project Manager - Renewable Energy Developer

Salary: CNY 240,000-360,000

Our client, a leading renewable energy developer in China, is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join their team in Guangzhou. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities of renewable energy projects across China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the EPC activities of renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and manage project risk and opportunity registers, proactively identifying and managing project risks.

• Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects from concept to completion.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
