About the Company
Our client is a major Chinese Solar Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with a global footprint and a reputation for delivering high-performance photovoltaic solutions across residential, industrial & commercial (I&C), and utility-scale sectors. With significant expansion plans in Latin America, they are now seeking a multilingual commercial leader to drive growth in the Mexican market.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the company’s sales strategy in Mexico. This role requires a strong track record in solar PV sales across residential, I&C, and utility projects, combined with the ability to navigate complex commercial negotiations in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in Mexico.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key clients, distributors, EPCs, and developers.
Lead the negotiation and closing of major contracts across all market segments.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, building brand visibility and market influence.
Key Requirements
Proven success in solar PV sales across residential, I&C, and utility sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
Business fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English – essential.
Established network within the Latin American renewable energy sector, particularly Mexico.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
