Project Design Specialist

Location: Milan or Roverto, Italy

Salary: £45000 - £50000 + bonus

​

Responsibilities:

• Preliminary plant design for development activities

• Revamping of under-performing plants

• Supervision of the portfolios of renewable energy plants on different technologies

• System technical design and component sizing

• Interface with the competent authorities for PV plants (GSE, grid operator, local authorities, etc.)

• Verification of specialized analyses and assessments

• Independent execution of technical due diligences

• Management of contracts with maintenance operators and suppliers

Requirements:

• Master Degree in engineering - Alternatively, a degree in Environmental Science if supported by solid field experience

• Between 3-5 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector (Solar in particular).

• Autonomous user of AutoCAD.

• Experience in plant management and construction site activities

• Ability to work in a team and to carry out tasks independently

Desirable:

• Photovoltaic simulation software (PVSYST, PVCase).

• Familiarity with Solar Radiation Databases.

• Continuous updating on sector regulations.

• Relational and communication skills, resourcefulness.

• English language (also spoken).
