About the Position:

This role is responsible for oversee all aspects of production, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and lead a high-performing team to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate production strategies by developing and implementing annual production plans while overseeing the entire production system to achieve operational targets.

• Formulate and monitor production schedules, coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve production issues, and ensure on-time delivery of quality products per customer orders.

• Optimize shop floor management through efficiency improvement initiatives, conduct regular Gemba walks, and monitor WIP flow.

• Establish and maintain QA/QC systems, drive continuous quality improvement programs, and review enhancement plans.

• Implement cost-control measures via process optimization, material utilization improvement, and workflow redesign while maintaining quality standards.

• Determine staffing requirements aligned with business growth, organize technical training programs, and enhance team competency in standardized operations.

• Enforce EHS compliance, promote safety culture, and ensure strict adherence to operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in plant/production management, preferably in precision machinery or automotive manufacturing.

• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and ISO standards.

• Strong knowledge of Thai industrial and labor regulations.

• Fluent in Thai & English
