Site Manager
Job description
Lead the on-site delivery of a renewable energy power plant, taking full ownership of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, and Compliance. Ensure the project is completed on time, grid-connected, and ready for final acceptance.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate EPC contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors to execute the Overall Site Control Plan.
Track milestones, report weekly progress, and implement corrective actions.
Chair Safety & Quality meetings, targeting zero accidents and zero penalties.
Oversee contracts, costs, variations, and claims for smooth project closure.
Lead quality inspections, pre-grid connection checks, and reliability trials.
Manage community relations and act as the main on-site representative with authorities.
Organize handover and support O&M teams in performance testing.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Energy, or Mechatronics Engineering.
8+ years in renewable energy plant construction management (PV/Wind).
Experience with 3+ full-cycle projects from construction to grid connection.
Hands-on site supervision from an owner’s-engineer perspective.
Fluent in English.
