The Opportunity

Our client is undertaking the dismantling and reassembly of two pump storage units, with a one-month gap between the two machines. They need a strong, field-oriented Site Manager/Construction Manager to take charge of all on-site operations, including EHS, quality control, local logistics, purchases, and technical client meetings.

Experience with international projects is highly valued, as the role involves working with diverse teams and navigating cross-border project challenges.

Start Date: 16/02/2026

Duration: 7 months

Location: Israel (Accommodation & local car provided, <10 km from site)

Working Time: 6 days/week, 54 hours/week

Rotation: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Salary: €77 meal allowance/calendar day, €550 daily rate

Visa: 1-year visa will be provided

Languages: English mandatory, Hebrew optional

Who We’re Hunting For

  • Mechanical degree with >10 years of hydropower experience, including international projects

  • Proven expertise in turbine supervision and turbine + generator coordination

  • Hands-on, field-oriented profile (not a project manager)

  • Strong leadership in EHS, quality, client management, and site operations

  • Confident running daily and weekly technical meetings with demanding clients

Why Take This Role?
  • Work on a prestigious, technically complex hydropower refurbishment project

  • Full on-site support, including accommodation, local transport, and admin assistance

  • Opportunity to lead and own site operations, not just manage from afar

  • Apply your expertise directly in a hands-on, high-impact international environment
