​The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Site Manager based in Zaragoza to join one of our leading clients in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of multidisciplinary construction projects, combining field and office responsibilities to ensure quality, compliance, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and design specifications.

• Manage on-site issues, coordinate design modifications, and ensure effective resolutions.

• Prepare and deliver progress and quality reports for ongoing projects.

• Maintain direct communication with clients and all project stakeholders (installers, contractors, etc.).

• Oversee contract compliance and ensure efficient performance of all involved parties.

• Combine on-site supervision with office-based management and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Technical or Superior – any specialization).

• Strong knowledge of electrical, civil, and mechanical construction works in substations, HV lines, and data centers.

• Driving license and availability for travel.

• Native or bilingual English level (C2).

• Proven experience in project management and construction supervision.

• Advanced skills in MS Office.

• Analytical, proactive, and organized professional with strong interpersonal and client-oriented skills.
