Asset Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Technical Asset Management Analyst to join a fast-growing international renewable energy company driving the global energy transition. This is a unique opportunity to work across wind, solar, and battery storage assets, helping digitalise processes, optimise performance, and support day-to-day operations on a global scale.
What you’ll do:
Support the digitalisation of Technical Asset Management processes, including software evaluation, set-up, and integration into a single “truth” database
Serve as the internal go-to person for plant monitoring and control tools across wind, solar, and battery assets
Analyse plant performance and automate technical reporting
Connect digital tools to assets and ensure smooth integration with internal data systems
Support day-to-day asset management tasks: contractor management, reporting, plant inspections, follow-ups on repairs and claims
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience, ideally in the energy or renewables sector
Engineering degree, preferably in Wind, Solar, or Renewable Energy Systems
Native-level English (written and spoken)
Curious about data, with experience in data processing or basic coding
Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across countries
