Our client, a leading renewable energy EPC based in China, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Uzbekistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of solar PV power plants in Uzbekistan, ensuring optimal performance and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire operation and maintenance process for solar PV power plants, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the operation and maintenance of solar PV power plants, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.

• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are controlled.

• Monitor and analyze plant performance data, identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency improvement.

• Develop and manage relationships with local suppliers and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of solar PV power plants, with a focus on EPC projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV power plant design, installation, and operation.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret plant performance data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Mandarin and/or Uzbek is a plus.
