​Our client, a leading Investment manager, are looking to hire an Investment Associate/Manager in London. The role will focus on the deep-tech and software enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential investment opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, deal flow platforms, and referrals

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets

• Build and analyze financial models to understand the financial performance and projections of prospective portfolio companies

• Participate in investment decision-making processes, including presenting findings and insights

• Assist in monitoring and supporting existing portfolio companies, including regular performance reviews, strategic guidance, and problem-solving

• Build and maintain relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for potential investments within deep tech and software enterprise verticals
  

Role Requirements:

• Experience within venture capital or private equity preferable

• Prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking or consulting essential

• Being a strategic thought partner to the team

• Passionate and enthusiastic about the tech space
