​Our Client a leading Renewable business with offices across Europe is looking for a German Speaking Investment Associate. Role can be based out of London or Berlin.

The investment team is responsible for project finance, M&A and corporate finance transactions.

The role:

• Being a key part of the deal team for project finance, M&A and corporate finance transactions.

• Support M&A processes

• Help prepare transaction documents & materials

• Financial Modelling

• Due-diligence

​

The individual:

• 2+ yrs of experience in Project finance or M&A or wider Investment

• Good financial Modelling skills

• Fluent in German and English

• Renewables experience
