​Field Service Engineer - Solar PV & BESS Projects

The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to announce a compelling opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. This position is centered around working with Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in a leading Renewable Energy Asset Management Company.

Location: Tennessee

Contract Duration: 12 months

Hourly Rate: $35-$45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing Solar PV and BESS equipment.

• Conducting on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

• Regular project status reporting and maintaining precise service documentation.

• Adhering to all health and safety standards in field operations.

• Providing technical support and insights to clients and team members.

• Collaborating with project managers and engineering teams for efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

• Established experience as a Field Service Engineer, ideally within the renewable energy industry.

• Deep knowledge of Solar PV and BESS technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and diagnostic acumen.

• Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.

• Relevant technical qualifications or specialized certifications.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel throughout Tennessee.
