Job Title: Owner's Representative

Location: Virginia, USA

Contract Length: 12 months

Hourly Rate: $80

The Green Recruitment Company is thrilled to partner with a forward-thinking renewable energy developer that specializes in utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. We are currently seeking an Owner’s Representative to oversee critical projects across Virginia. This 12-month contract position offers an attractive hourly rate and the chance to be at the forefront of the renewable energy movement.

Role Overview: As the Owner’s Representative, you will act as the liaison between the project owner and all other project participants. Your primary role will be to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed with precision, align with set goals, and adhere to budget and time constraints. You will be the pivotal point for communication and decision-making, driving project success on large-scale solar and energy storage developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project operations, ensuring all activities comply with contractual agreements and project specifications.

  • Manage communication among project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and progress towards objectives.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timeline and costs.

  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for the project owner and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Owner’s Representative or similar role in the renewable energy sector, specifically with solar PV and energy storage projects.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of maintaining project schedules and budgets.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.

  • Knowledge of industry standards, construction management, and energy regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
