Owner's Representative

Location: Georgia, USA

Contract Length: 12 months

Hourly Rate: $80

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to collaborate with a premier renewable energy developer that is spearheading utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. We are in search of a dynamic Owner’s Representative to lead project oversight in Georgia. Role Overview: As the Owner’s Representative, you will be the pivotal contact between the project owner and all related parties, ensuring that project goals are achieved with precision and efficiency. You will be instrumental in managing the project’s delivery, adhering to budget and schedule constraints, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to project agreements and technical specifications.

  • Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and financial outflows to ensure project delivery within agreed parameters.

  • Quickly address and resolve project issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders and the project owner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience as an Owner’s Representative, particularly in the fields of solar PV and energy storage.

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, maintaining control over timelines and budgets.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating and persuading to align diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Independent work style, capable of making decisive, effective decisions under pressure.

  • Thorough knowledge of construction management, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
