The Renewable Energy EPC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities for our renewable energy projects in France. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive EPC plans for renewable energy projects.

• Lead project development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Engineering and Design Management:

• Oversee the engineering and design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize project designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Construction Oversight:

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Address and resolve any construction-related issues to maintain project progress.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.

• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

To succeed in the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in renewable energy project management with a focus on EPC activities.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.

• Familiarity with French regulations and standards related to renewable energy projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in French and English.
