With a portfolio spanning renewable energy, data centers, we're looking to hire a director to support their aggressive growth trajectory. We’re seeking a senior leader to oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction of large-scale data center projects. This role is central to translating strategic vision into high-performance physical assets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to evaluate site viability, lead technical due diligence, and shape early-stage development strategy.

• Direct the creation and review of engineering packages, ensuring seamless integration of civil, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

• Develop sourcing frameworks, manage vendor selection, and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, speed, and quality.

• : Supervise external consultants and contractors through all phases of delivery—from groundbreaking to commissioning.

• Maintain control over budgets, schedules, and risk profiles across multiple concurrent builds.

• Facilitate transparent communication across internal departments and external partners to ensure unified execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience delivering data center projects.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex technical challenges.

• Strong command of project controls, contract management, and construction workflows.
