Job title: Environmental Technical Lead

Location: Doha, Qatar (On-site)

As the Environmental Technical Lead, you will spearhead technical initiatives across various environmental projects. Your primary responsibilities include client liaison, proposal development, technical analysis, and project leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and budgets while also nurturing the growth of team members through mentorship and development.

Key Stakeholders:

You will report directly to the Business Group Leader, collaborating closely to provide technical direction within the division. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain client relationships to secure project opportunities and drive repeat business.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Work closely with clients to ensure project success, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored technical solutions.

  • Effectively communicate the company's technical expertise and service offerings to clients.

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and securing future projects.

Team Development:

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

  • Play an active role in enhancing the technical capabilities of team members through constructive feedback and guidance.

  • Participate in Environmental service line initiatives to drive team development and collaboration.

Performance Excellence:

  • Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

  • Lead by example in delivering innovative and robust solutions to clients.

  • Prepare compelling proposals, manage projects, and mitigate risks by company policies and guidelines.

  • Ensure the production and review of high-quality technical reports.
