​We’re looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to join a growing technical team managing cutting-edge solar and battery storage projects across the UK. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise, operational oversight, and client-facing skills to ensure assets run efficiently, safely, and profitably. You’ll also play a key part in shaping processes that drive performance improvements and support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage energy storage and solar assets day-to-day

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to asset-related requests

• Monitor plant performance, analyze SCADA data, and investigate issues

• Perform operational control duties, including on-call weekend support if required

• Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and perform site inspections

• Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and contractual documentation

• Drive technical improvements and propose innovative solutions

• Support finance with budgets, cost tracking, and general project administration

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical understanding of energy storage or solar assets

• Experience in asset management or operational control of renewable energy projects

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
