​Job Responsibilities

1. Standard System Development and Team Management

• Lead and oversee the establishment and implementation of company technical standards to achieve project standardization.

• Cultivate a team of technical talents, enhancing the Vietnamese company's customer-oriented solution planning and project implementation capabilities.

• Manage the Vietnamese company's PV technology team, including the work of electrical and structural engineers, being accountable for their work outcomes, and employing appropriate methods to motivate team members to leverage their professional expertise, fostering a positive work atmosphere.

2. Technical Management

Lead and be responsible for the output of the following tasks:

• Be responsible for electrical design and related tasks, including providing solution proposals to clients, site surveys, feasibility studies, preliminary design, bill of materials, and construction drawings.

• Be responsible for completing electrical designs and participating in design disclosure to construction subcontractors. Organize drawing reviews and technical clarifications with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and other relevant parties.

• Manage technical documentation during construction, ensure standard implementation, and resolve various technical issues.

• Participate in the daily management of the technical team, addressing quality control, standard implementation, and various technical issues during project development.

• Review results of roof load calculation assessments.

3. Technical Decision-Making

• Participate in pre-project feasibility decisions, providing rational suggestions from a technical perspective on design drawings, specifications, material selection, etc., collaborating with the commercial department to secure projects.

• Participate in decision-making for project bidding, contracting, and implementation plans, and be responsible for reviewing technical documents, accountable for technical risks and costs.

• Provide timely warnings and propose solutions for major issues or risks during project execution, implementing them upon collective decision by the project team.

• Participate in feasibility studies, product selection, and business model design for the company's new products and solutions (e.g., PV-storage-diesel-charging solutions, EMS energy management).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechatronics, automation, power electronics, engineering management, photovoltaic, etc

• Have acquired a high level of professionalism, being able to undertake the responsibility of technical guidance, technical training, and proposal review;

• Proficient in Vietnam's regulation on power distribution system and PV system, with unique insights on key technologies; Experience in designing multiple ground PV projects or rooftop PV projects; Good at organization, coordination and communication skills, and have certain experience in technical management.

• Proficient in office, CAD, PVsyst and other related software

• Proficient in English, with good reading, writing and communication skills, able to read and compile English materials; Chinese language skills preferred.
