Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven renewable energy projects.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, IT, operations), ensuring timelines, quality, and efficiency.

• Contribute technically to the development or oversight of internal digital solutions.

• Manage budgets, risks, and project schedules.

• Report progress to management and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (ideally in energy, engineering, or technology).

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Technical background or hands-on experience with digital solution development (e.g., web development, Python, automation).

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
