​An industry-leading Developer owner-operator in the US is looking for a Manager of engineering for their utility-scale assets. They are currently developing more than 15GW of PV and BESS projects within the US, and are backed by one of the world's largest global investment firms.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the design and engineering of utility-scale PV and BESS projects in late-stage development, execution, construction, and operation.

• This will support project execution by overseeing the technical design and development of renewable energy projects, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.

• Seek and evaluate proposals for Owner’s engineering services

• Manage engineering consultants and EPC contractors to develop construction drawings and support materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in energy system design, project or land development, and/or construction

• 6+ years of experience in project management or consulting or as a project engineer

• Electrical design experience, including 1-line and 3-line diagram conventions, NEC conductor sizing, overcurrent protection sizing, utility disconnecting means requirements, equipment selection, grounding methodologies, and short circuit current analysis.

• Experience with medium voltage collector system design.
