​A growing player in the clean energy sector is seeking a Project Lead to drive the expansion of its onshore wind initiatives across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and progress new wind energy opportunities throughout Scotland, England, and Wales

• Assess potential for upgrading or extending current infrastructure

• Take ownership of grid-related planning: liaise with distribution operators, oversee grid applications, and enhance grid integration

• Collaborate with stakeholders and landowners on site control and offtake agreements, including CfDs and PPAs

• Manage projects from early-stage development through to final investment decision, with budgets reaching up to £5 million

• Coordinate closely with internal teams across legal, engineering, commercial, and operations

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of large-scale developments simultaneously

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in renewable energy project delivery within the UK

• In-depth knowledge of site acquisition, planning, grid strategy, and commercial structuring

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with landowners, councils, and local communities

• Familiarity with wind resource modelling and environmental assessments is an advantage
