A leading utility-scale renewable energy developer is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead solar and battery storage projects across the Central U.S., particularly within MISO, SPP and ERCOT markets. This role oversees projects from site control through permitting to construction, managing cross-functional teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy, scheduling, permitting, and budget management

• Manage site acquisition and real estate negotiations

• Coordinate environmental studies and stakeholder engagement

• Oversee interconnection process and support contract negotiations

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and legislative updates

• Travel up to 25%+

Qualifications

• 5+ years of utility-scale renewable energy development experience

• Experience in MISO, ERCOT or SPP preferred

• Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; project software experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
