TGRC is working with several Renewable-related Developer business who are managed by passionate individuals committed to establishing in the renewable energy space designing and constructing utility scale projects ranging in size from 20-200 MW's.

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join our team as a Construction Manager.

Position Summary:

The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and management of solar power construction projects. This dynamic position will involve substantial travel to project sites across different locations, and the successful candidate will be entitled to per diem allowances. The Construction Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.


  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate construction activities for solar power projects from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project timelines.

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to mitigate potential delays or obstacles.

  • Prepare regular project status reports, detailing progress, challenges, and key milestones.

  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on-site, promoting best practices and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in the solar sector, applying knowledge to enhance project outcomes.


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience in construction management, particularly within solar or renewable energy projects.

  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.

  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding project teams to success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations.

  • Safety-oriented mindset, prioritizing the well-being of team members and adhering to safety protocols.
