For the Commercial Analyst role, we are looking to hire someone with exceptional organisation and analytical skills with key focus on pipeline deals and asset valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide key data, analytical, and content support for senior commercial & project delivery team in the following areas:

• Analysing and constructing valuation models in pipeline.

• Investment case analysis for development opportunities.

• Evaluate management accounts of invested companies/opportunities.

• Wider financial & budgeting support as the role evolves.

Job Description:

• Active in renewable energy market and understand how various market regulations affect assets / portfolios.

• Evaluate analysis of assets in Pipeline with professionals, including data room management, tracking information, processing finance and technical data of each pipeline opportunity- including analysis of due diligence report.

• Presentations on investment opportunities.

• Produce IC materials and support on board meeting presentations & report.

• Produce regular market reports and analysis, as required for current and new markets (geographies).

• Support on interim and annual reports with financial performance analysis of portfolio companies.

• Produce and update regular reports and analysis on investor demands, as required.

Requirements;

• University degree in related field (STEM or similar)

• Additional qualifications highly desirable.

• Keen interest in renewable energy / sustainability.
