​Construction Manager (Offshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to take the helm of a dynamic offshore wind project located in Penghu County. This position is offered on a 12-month contract with a competitive day rate of $750, ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in offshore construction and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the construction operations of an offshore wind farm in Penghu County.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

• Enforce rigorous safety and environmental compliance standards across all project activities.

• Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Regularly report on project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing offshore wind or similar large-scale marine construction projects.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in construction management, safety, and environmental compliance.
