​HSE Advisor (Offshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a dynamic offshore wind project in Changhua. This is a contract position for 12 months, offering an attractive hourly rate of $60. We are looking for a proactive and diligent professional to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on this pioneering project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee comprehensive HSE programs tailored for offshore wind operations in Changhua.

• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.

• Lead training sessions for staff and contractors on HSE best practices and emergency response protocols.

• Collaborate with project management teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

• Respond effectively to any HSE incidents and lead thorough investigations to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, particularly in the offshore wind sector or similar environments.

• Strong knowledge of current HSE regulations and a track record of maintaining safe work environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams.

• Relevant certifications in health, safety, or environmental management.

• A proactive approach and ability to work independently in challenging conditions.
