​HSE Advisor (Offshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated HSE Advisor to play a pivotal role in an offshore wind project located in Penghu. This 12-month contract offers a competitive hourly rate of $60. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about enforcing and enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards in dynamic offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage comprehensive HSE policies tailored to the unique needs of offshore wind operations in Penghu.

• Conduct frequent safety audits and ensure compliance with both local and international HSE regulations.

• Lead training initiatives to heighten HSE awareness and preparedness among all project personnel.

• Collaborate with project management teams to integrate HSE principles thoroughly within all project phases.

• Respond promptly to any HSE incidents, oversee investigations, and drive the implementation of corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as an HSE Advisor, specifically within the offshore wind or marine industries.

• Deep understanding of HSE regulations and a proven track record of promoting safe work environments.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding and motivating teams.

• Relevant certifications in health, safety, or environmental management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the demanding conditions of offshore projects.
