​Construction Manager (Offshore Wind)

TGRC Recruitment is actively seeking a distinguished Construction Manager to oversee a significant offshore wind project in Changhua County. This is a contract position lasting 12 months with a competitive day rate of $750. We are looking for a leader with extensive expertise in offshore construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall construction of an offshore wind farm in Changhua County.

• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed to meet or exceed targets.

• Uphold stringent safety standards and compliance with international environmental regulations.

• Facilitate seamless coordination among engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Provide comprehensive progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Construction Manager, specifically in offshore wind or similar large-scale marine projects.

• Demonstrated capability to lead large, complex construction projects from start to finish.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Relevant professional certifications in construction management and safety.
