​Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Storage Quality Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of battery storage systems. As a Battery Storage Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and safety of the battery storage products.

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes for all stages of battery storage system production, from design to deployment.

2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications for battery storage systems.

3. Testing and Inspection: Oversee and coordinate comprehensive testing and inspection procedures to validate the quality and performance of battery storage components and systems.

4. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain high-quality standards for materials and components used in battery storage systems.

5. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues or failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to quality standards, testing protocols, and compliance requirements.

7. Training: Provide training to staff and stakeholders on quality management processes and best practices.

8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of battery storage systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy industry.

3. Strong knowledge of battery technologies, electrical systems, and relevant industry standards.

4. Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
