Position Overview

As the Associate Vice President of our commercial function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our business. Your expertise will drive commercial initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and ensure that our business strategies align with market demands and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to boost market penetration and revenue growth.

• Lead negotiations and close deals with key stakeholders, maintaining profitable and sustainable partnerships.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with overall business strategy.

• Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and product developments.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to enhance business visibility and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the commercial sector of an OEM, preferably in the renewable energy industry.

• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
