The Role

We are seeking an accomplished JV Affairs Director to manage and optimise joint venture relationships, ensuring alignment between the company and its partners to deliver on shared strategic objectives. This role will be based in Shanghai and will have significant influence over the governance, performance, and long-term success of key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all joint venture governance and operational activities, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with JV partners to promote mutual success.

• Negotiate and manage commercial arrangements to optimise outcomes for all parties.

• Provide strategic input into JV structures, operational models, and growth opportunities.

• Act as the primary liaison between the company’s leadership team and JV stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing relationships with joint venture organisations in the energy or infrastructure sectors.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of corporate governance, contract structures, and partnership frameworks.

• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English preferred.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: 900,000 RMB per annum.
