I'm delighted to exclusively represent a leading Private Equity fund in their search for an Associate.
The investment strategy is dedicated purely to clean infrastructure and low-carbon real assets throughout North America.
Their initial investment vehicle (Fund I) has been hugely successful and have invested directly into assets and infrastructure companies operating in the renewable, clean tech and energy transition space. The firm is underway for Fund II's capital raise which is targeting 1.5-2x the size of the inaugural vehicle and likely to be $1.5bn, with the first close being sometime in Q2 2024.
Currently the team is lean (around 10 persons) with plans to add a new Associate immediately with further growth targeted for later next year.
My client is looking to add a remarkably talented Associate who can help build and evaluate financial models, perform diligence, evaluate markets, and source investment opportunities.
This Associate will have exposure across the full deal cycle and be involved in everything from origination, valuation, structuring and execution of transactions. Excellent opportunity to have unrivalled exposure across the deal value chain.
Unrivalled progression with highly attractive compensation package, including annual bonus, carry in the fund and GP commitments for all employees.
