HSE Site Managers & HSE Manager
📍 Location: UK and Ireland
💷 Rate: £400 per day
📝 Contract: 1-year
We are working with a leading renewable energy developer to support the delivery of large-scale solar and energy storage projects across the UK and Ireland. As part of their continued expansion, we are seeking experienced HSE Site Managers and HSE Managers to join the project delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at the highest level — supporting the build-out of clean energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HSE strategy on solar and battery storage construction sites
Ensure compliance with UK & Irish HSE regulations and industry best practice
Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
Support and coach site teams and contractors to maintain a strong safety culture
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training
Produce accurate and timely reporting of HSE performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HSE Site Manager or HSE Manager on utility-scale solar or storage projects
Strong understanding of UK & Irish health and safety regulations
Must hold a NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
Ability to work across multiple sites as required
Right to work in the UK or Ireland
