HSE Manager
📍 Location: Ireland (open to expats with relevant right to work)
💶 Rate: €400–€500 per day
📝 Contract: 1-year
We are partnering with a leading renewable energy developer to deliver major utility-scale projects across Ireland. As an HSE Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld throughout all phases of project execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE professional to contribute to Ireland’s clean energy transition, working on high-impact renewable infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HSE strategy across multiple project sites
Ensure full compliance with Irish and EU HSE legislation, standards, and best practice
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Coach and support site teams and subcontractors to maintain a strong safety culture
Develop and deliver HSE training and toolbox talks
Report on performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HSE Manager or HSE Lead on major infrastructure or renewable energy projects
Strong knowledge of Irish and EU HSE regulations
Relevant HSE certifications or qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
Right to work in Ireland (EU passport, pre-settled status, or existing work authorisation)
Ability to work across multiple project sites in Ireland
