​Our client a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager with offices in London are looking for a Valuations Associate.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, conducting valuations, and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Quarterly update of project and fund models, producing discounted cash flow valuations and IRRs.

• Review modelling input assumptions and present recommendations for changes.

• Assist with creating valuation reporting packs and meeting investor/regulatory reporting requirements.

• Support external fund audits

• Identify and model value enhancement opportunities with the asset management team

Role Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree

• 2-4yrs of experience
