​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Renewable Energy Investment Manager. They are looking for a Valuation Associate to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update project and fund models quarterly, producing cash flow valuations and IRR calculations.

• Review and improve modeling assumptions.

• Help prepare valuation reports and ensure compliance with requirements.

• Support external fund audits and work with valuation advisors.

• Work with the asset management team to find value enhancement opportunities and research market factors.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with the Renewable Energy sector

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong financial modelling experience

• Direct experience performing and/or reviewing valuations
