Job description
Client Company:
The company is a well-known renewable energy equipment manufacturer
Responsibilities:
Ensure all the customs brokers will follow transportation regulations and internal policy
Preparation and completion of customs entries for import and export clearances
Ensure the compliance with any required documentation for import / export management
Monitor potential financial risks related to internal contract obligations
Monitor the customs budget and the Risks and Opportunities data related to customs budget reported into internal system
Support to the PM for elaborating the Project Management Plan, particularly Logistics Management Plan
Prepare Project Partner Check list in order to establish the best customs optimization strategies and to work in advance any export control requirement
Review and validation of initial set of documentation to be issued by each function and validate that Customs Check List’s instructions are understood and followed
Keep export/ import declaration record
Provide monthly Updates of customs budgets and Risk & Opportunities figures on internal system and potential impacts
Qualification required:
5 years’ experience in customs and customs compliance
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Familiar with logistics, customs in Korea
Fluent English in both Oral and Writing
