Customer Support Executive

​We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the frontline support for our customers—providing exceptional service, resolving queries with accuracy, and helping ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across our operations.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving customer issues

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing or operational support role

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within the UK energy market, with solid understanding of industry processes and terminology

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
