Client Company:

The company is a wellknowned renewable ennergy equipment manufacturer


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all the customs brokers will follow transportation regulations and internal policy

  • Preparation and completion of customs entries for import and export clearances

  • Ensure the compliance with any required documentation for import / export management

  • Monitor potential financial risks related to internal contract obligations

  • Monitor the customs budget and the Risks and Opportunities data related to customs budget reported into internal system

  • Support to the PM for elaborating the Project Management Plan, particularly Logistics Management Plan

  • Prepare Project Partner Check list in order to establish the best customs optimization strategies and to work in advance any export control requirement

  • Review and validation of initial set of documentation to be issued by each function and validate that Customs Check List’s instructions are understood and followed

  • Keep export/ import declaration record

  • Provide monthly Updates of customs budgets and Risk & Opportunities figures on internal system and potential impacts

Qualification required:

  • 5 years’ experience in customs and customs compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must

  • Familiar with logistics, customs in Korea

  • Fluent English in both Oral and Writing
