Job description

​Our client is a fast-growing EV / fleet electrification business who help commercial and public sector clients transition to electric vehicles through innovative infrastructure, financing, and energy management solutions.

They're seeking a Transactions Manager to join the Commercial & Partnerships team. In this role, you'll manage the commercial structuring, diligence, and execution of customer and financing transactions to support the deployment of electric vehicle fleets and charging infrastructure. You’ll work cross-functionally with finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to bring complex deals to close, often involving multiple stakeholders and bespoke commercial arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of complex project finance transactions, including structuring, commercial diligence, and negotiation.

  • Develop and refine financial models to support customer proposals and financing strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on technical, financial, and legal aspects of each transaction.

  • Support the structuring and syndication of third-party capital to fund vehicle and infrastructure deployments.

  • Draft and review term sheets, commercial contracts, and transaction documentation in coordination with legal counsel.

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including fleet operators, financiers, legal advisors, and infrastructure partners.

  • Track and report on transaction pipeline progress and key commercial milestones.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in structured finance, project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure development, ideally within energy, mobility, or transportation sectors.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

  • Familiarity with commercial contracting and risk allocation principles.

  • Experience managing complex transactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Passion for sustainability, transportation, or energy transition a plus.
