​Tower Supervisor - Electrical - Onshore Pre-Assembly of Wind Turbines for Offshore Wind

Role Overview

TGRC, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Tower Supervisor with electrical expertise for the onshore pre-assembly of wind turbines destined for offshore wind projects. This role is based in South Korea and offers a competitive day rate on a 24-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the electrical aspects of wind turbine tower pre-assembly.

• Ensure all electrical installations meet the required quality and safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors.

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems.

• Identify and resolve any electrical issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the wind energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations in wind turbines.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
