​ TGRC is working with an international IPP specialised in large-scale photovoltaic installations, wind farms and PV solutions for businesses. Our client has a portfolio of almost 2 GW in projects in various countries, but they are continuously expanding across markets in Europe, including Italy. The company is currently looking to hire a Technical Manager for Solar PV. Preferred location is Milan, however this is flexible.

Main responsibilities:

• Executing and managing PV project development in compliance with standards and legal requirements

• Development of strategies, plans and investment processes for PV installations

• Support the team in the operational area and legal issues

• Oversee and manage the process, budgeting, P&L control for project implementation

• Managing and coordinating the M&A process for PV projects

• Representing the Company in Due Diligence audits

• Coordinate the work of external teams in the areas of engineering, legal, finance, procurement, and contracting to ensure effective implementation of PV projects

• Analysis and control of resources and costs of supervised investments and their optimization in the operational area

• Project knowledge base management and responsibility for all documentation

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in PV project development (flexible)

• Highly developed technical competence

• Higher education (preferred faculties: renewable energy, power engineering, law)

• Appropriate knowledge of legal regulations concerning the energy sector

• Ability to establish business relations and strong motivation to work independently

• Full professional English and fluent Italian

• Ability to successfully managing multiple projects

• Willingness to travel
