Growth within their Sustainability division has seen a particular rise and as such, they require an experienced Sustainability Consultant who is BREEAM accredited.

The services they provide are as follows:

SKA
HQM
SAP/SBEM Calculations
BREEAM Assessments/Advice
IMPACT Materials
Energy & Sustainability Statement Preparations

Job Purpose

The Sustainability Consultant/BREEAM Assessor will work in collaboration with the M&E and Building Physics team to work with clients offering the above services and consultation.

Experience

Built Environment Interest/Experience
BREEAM Accredited/Assessor
Experience of SAP
Attention to detail
Comfortable with dealing with engaging with clients
